主人公篠宫响在公园内修补了意外拾得的玩偶后，旋即被卷入了不可思议的事件。

响的身体因此浮现出闪耀光辉的神秘印记——魔纹。
魔纹的光芒最终将响包裹其中，竟然令他变身为魔法少女。

不明就里的响困惑不已。
就在此时，有位少女出现在他面前。
「我必须保护你」
在自称魔法使的少女引领下，响来到了一座名为『御伽馆』的洋馆。
此乃名门埃忒耳女子学院的女生宿舍，亦是成为魔法使的少女们齐聚一堂之地。
女装与魔法点缀而成的非日常——这是讲述被「改变」所束缚的少女们的故事。
